More Than a Program. A Place to Belong.

Growing up isn’t easy. And doing it alone makes it even harder.

That’s why our high school group exists: to give girls a safe, supportive space to connect, learn, and grow together.

This isn’t about lectures or life advice from adults who don’t understand.

This is about creating a space where she can…

  • Be herself without judgment
  • Feel seen and understood
  • Learn real skills to navigate real life
  • And build the confidence to show up fully as who she is

How Our Groups Work

We offer a small, age-appropriate coaching group for high school girls.

But while the age and curriculum might change, our mission stays the same:

  • Help her understand what she’s feeling (and why)
  • Teach her practical tools to manage emotions
  • Guide her in building healthy, authentic relationships
  • And support her in becoming the strongest, truest version of herself
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t school.
This is something different.

A Model Designed to Grow With Her

Most programs run for a few weeks or months and then end.

Ours is different.

When a girl joins Willsey Connections, she can stay in her group for years if she finds it valuable.

Because every year, life looks a little different. And so does our curriculum.

  • Through high school: Managing stress, independence, and real-world pressures

Every year builds on the last, layering new lessons and skills based on her growth, stage, and experiences.

This is about meeting her where she is, and walking with her through whatever comes next.

What She’ll Learn

Our group helps her:

  • Navigate friendships & conflict with confidence
  • Manage stress, anxiety & overwhelm
  • Communicate clearly & set healthy boundaries
  • Strengthen self-awareness & emotional resilience
